The Road We’ve Traveled

The Obama campaign’s first shot in the general election campaign of 2012

Telling Thoughts

The documentary ‘The Road We’ve Traveled’ represents the Obama campaign’s first shot in the general election campaign of 2012.  Directed  by Davis Guggenheim and narrated by actor Tom Hanks, it provides a snapshot of some of the experiences and major legislative achievements of the first three years of the Obama presidency.

Elizabeth Warren’s incredible work in setting up the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and her significant TARP financial oversight management contributions on behalf of the President, are given the recognition she’s deserves with her cameo appearance in the film.

Producing  this story and releasing it at this time, was a fine idea.  I hope those who vote as Independents will study it closely and remember the words of Davis Guggenheim, when he said there was not enough time to include all of the President’s achievements.

The Road We’ve Traveled 17 mins.
