What a beautiful morning, indeed!

I am so proud of Philadelphia, the City of Love and the great state of Pennsylvania for coming through for Barack Obama and a better America!

There was a spontaneous parade down North Broad Street to City Hall This is the text my Temple U son sent me at 12:03 AM
"North philly is exploding with joy. Spontaneous street party with drums and everything. I keep getting teary eyed"

I knew to support him in 2004, when my son was in active duty with the Marines. Over the past four years, I've come to admire not only the man, but what he inspires in everyday people. We, the people, funded this campaign and I know that President Elect Barack Obama will not betray our trust.

Thanks John, for all your Telling Thoughts. It cheered me when things were hard and let us in Pennsylvania know that the world was watching.

Thank you, thank you everybody all very much for all you did to make this happen!
