Obama’s Quest / America’s Impossible Dream?

Telling Thoughts

To the American voter

As the hour for final voting draws ever closer, the dream of realising a better future for yourself and your family, is now squarely in your hands. No matter how long it takes to vote, regardless of queing delays, any temporary discomfort, or rain or wind or sun, on Tuesday 4th of November, the future of your country will be decided by the number of Americans who demand change. Every vote is critical to the outcome.

Authentic change of course, the Obama brand, the only brand to be sure

This is your chance to be one of many, and through “E Pluribus Unum” – “Out of many, One”. A more united America will grow. In Barack Obama’s own words, “A more perfect union”. This time, the power of your voting choice can change your life, change America and thus change the world. This day will be yours to remember.

Barack Obama has shown the way. Now it is up to his supporters to prove his improbable journey from Springfield on February 10th 2007, in his quest to become the President of the United States of America, was more than just the sum of one incredible man’s hopes and his improbable, perhaps, “Impossible Dream”.

On the contrary, it is his vision for a new America.

Vote Obama for President .. Yes you can

The words from “The Impossible Dream” seemed fitting for this time. I hope you enjoy them when you reflect on your long campaign journey with Barack. I just love them.

  1. I love this song! We learned it in second grade. I was actually singing it in the shower this morning after I read your title. It is the mystical call for people to stand up for what’s right no matter what the cost.

It gives one comfort and courage to work and “march into hell for a heavenly cause. I know if i only be true to this glorious quest that my heart will lie peaceful and calm when I lay to my rest.

And the world will be better for this that a man scorned and covered with scars still strode with his last ounce of courage to REACH THE UNREACHABLE STAAAAAAAAAAARRR!!

Thanks, John. We appreciate your support and wisdom from Down Under and will make you proud tomorrow.

    Go OBAMA!

  2. John, g’day:)

We Aussies here in the USA are working very hard (as Volunteers) and with determination to help make sure that the world does not get another 4-8 years of more disastrous governing by another duo of imbeciles (McCain-Palin). In thoughts we are back DownUnder when the election numbers are coming in and shall celebrate Obama’s win with you all in our beautiful Australia.

The video is incredible and should have been the Democratic *Wake- up song*

OBAMA shall win with a Landslide!:)))

  3. Hi John,
My favorite song. I sang it at my wedding on June 25, 1969.
This song says it all. Thanks for the boost.

  4. To believe in Obama is simply to believe in yourselves. It is this idea that has made his campaign your campaign. He made this a people’s campaign. The sheer genius of this man is breath taking to behold. I pray the United States will keep this leader safe so the entire world will see what hope can accomplish

  5. Thank you for keeping this site going as an inspiration for all of us everywhere! Indeed, the words “hope not fear” mean more now than they ever did. Enthusiastic, empowered, encouraged! Best wishes to Barack Obama on this “impossible” quest and three cheers for another chance for the United States to strive to more meaningful purposes in peace.
