This is the link to the New Republic article due for release on November 19th 2008. It comprehensively lists what their research suggests could be the 30 most influential people around President elect Barack Obama and muses on the roles they may carry out in an Obama administration.

It will be interesting to see how accurate the list will prove to be once the transition team makes its recommendations to the President elect.
