Sth Dakota & Geo McGovern Endorsement (video/excellent speech)

Early Voting in South Dakota with George McGovern

by Zachary Scott EdwardsWednesday, May 28, 2008 at 01:19 AM

On Wednesday, in Mitchell, South Dakota, former U.S. Senator George McGovern will meet with local residents at our local office, and then walk to the Davison County Court House to early vote for Barack!

McGovern represented South Dakota in the United States Senate from 1963 to 1981 and was the Democratic presidential nominee in 1972.

He endorsed Obama earlier this month, saying about the senator, “With passion and eloquence he is calling America home to its founding ideals, both at home and abroad.”
